Yoga Course

This is a begining course, to those who really want to go deep in Yoga. After creating a group, we meet 12 times in two years. 6 times each year and after each time students go back home and practice themselves. Each time we do different programmes and slowly make the student grow in the body and mind.

The program of this course -

7:00 am - 9:00 am Yoga
11:00 am - 12:00 pm Pranayama
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm Talks & Discussions
4:30 pm - 6:30 pm Yoga
9:00 pm - 9:30 pm Meditation


We discuss everything about life from inhale to exhale. Inhale life and exhale death. The search is how to make life rich.
